Oppo Find X, Hidden Camera’s, Snapdragon 845 and 8GB RAM!
Is this the ultimate flagship of 2018?
All the press and reviewers are in awe over the notchless Vivo NEX and Apex. Especially about the dact that have a little camera popping out of their bodies. Sure, it’s cute and impressing. But I believe it is Chinese manufacturer Oppo that will end the notch craze! Recently they have lauched their latest flagship, the Oppo Find X. And this is by far the most attractive looking smartphone I have seen in a while. And they did it! Oppo managed to build a phone that’s full screen, without any notch, holes or other compromising. And, without fragile high-risk parts like the little pop-up camera Vivo came up with. Let’s take a closer look at the Oppo Find X.
Many things about the Oppo Find X are intruiging. That already starts with its name. Needless to say this opens the door for all sorts wordplay. Then there’s the unique design of the phone, that seems to tackle the sensor- and camera problem other phones like the iPhone X and the OnePlus 6 couldn’t tackle. The Find X features a 6.42″ (16.31 cm) display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340p. But it doesn’t stop there. If we’re looking under the Oppo‘s hood it becomes clear: This smartphone has very few compatitors. Not only because of the ridiculously large internal storage of no less than 256GB by the way. They have coupled this to a crazy 8GB of RAM. And to top it of it’s running on a Snapdragon 845 Chipset.
So it’s not only the design that is completely “out there”, as I’m relatively certain the performance of the Find X just as outlandish. To make sure graphics and games will run smoothly, the Find X uses the Adreno 630 GPU. And just to make sure: The camera’s this phone uses certainly don’t need to hide! The rear camera uses a 16 and a 20 megapixel dual camera setup and the frontcamera brings no less than 25 megapixel to the table. This is all powered by the integrated 3730 mAh battery, that ofcourse comes with a USB-C fast charging technology. Maybe it doesn’t need to be said, but it might be obvious the Oppo Find X is no budget device.
On the other hand, it will cost you as much as a Samsung Galaxy and will still be cheaper than the iPhone X. Judging from the specs however, the Oppo Find X should be able to blow both of them right out of the water. And considering the pricedrop most flagship models make when they’re out for a couple of months, the Oppo Find X should be one of the most interesting devices of 2018.
